Enforcement & Consequences
Minor Violations
Examples: Off-topic posts, minor spam
Action: Content removal, friendly reminder
Moderate Violations
Examples: Unprofessional behavior, repeated minor violations
Action: Temporary restrictions, formal warning
Severe Violations
Examples: Harassment, hate speech, ethical violations
Action: Account suspension or permanent ban
Progressive Discipline Process
- First Offense: Content removal and educational guidance about community standards
- Second Offense: Temporary posting restrictions (24-48 hours)
- Third Offense: Account suspension (1-7 days depending on severity)
- Severe or Repeated Violations: Permanent account termination
Note: Severe violations (harassment, illegal content, hate speech, ethical breaches) may result in immediate permanent suspension regardless of prior history.

Appeals Process
Content Removal Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was restricted in error:
- Review these community guidelines carefully to understand the violation
- Submit an appeal to grievance@madhunandan.org.in within 30 days
- Include your username, the specific action taken, and detailed reasoning
- Provide evidence supporting your appeal if available
- Allow 5-7 business days for thorough review and response
All appeals are reviewed fairly and impartially by our moderation team.
